Notoriously posh families like the Kardashians flaunt their fleeked-out multimillion-dollar homes on a near-daily basis, but even they can’t keep up with a cash-burning segment of the U.S. real estate market. Folks, these home start out at a whopping $50 million and make even Kim's palatial spread look tiny.
Be it a sleek concrete jungle palace, a peaceful yet lavish ranch estate, or a mecca for some of America’s most famous entertainment elites, each home on this list boasts mind-blowing features and an even more astonishing price tag.
It seems as though everyone is frantic to learn more about the real estate doings of Instagram “King” Dan Bilzerian, a dude with a serious lust for trophy bachelor pads and ludicrously luxurious living if there ever was one.
Though he was gone from the Gold Coast for a hot minute, Bilzerian is back “to show these in LA how it’s done, again.”
As for the Instagram mogul's new digs, the 31,000-square-foot Bel Air mega-mansion was completed in 2017 by developer Donald Bolin. The ultra-contemporary monster property sits high above the roadway and behind metal gates.
And we've uncovered the exclusive photos of this ultimate pad....
The indoor facilities make this place feel more like a gigantic event facility than a regular home. There's a commercial-sized kitchen, a chromed-out pool table in the family room, and a custom dining room table that seats 18.
But wait until you see the lavish amenities that this mansion holds....
Other spaces include a two-lane bowling alley, a movie theater, and a glamorous wet bar with eight chairs facing three plasma screens.
There are no fewer than 12 bedroom suites and 23 bathrooms in the village-like compound, and the 5,600-square-foot master suite features the typically cavernous bedroom, bathroom, and closet.
Plus there’s a full spa with deluxe leather massage chairs. We've got to hand it to Dan, he definitely knows how to do it up in style, even if his taste is a little too LA for us.
The pool, however, is one of the most mind-blowing parts of the house, could you see yourself spending the rest of your life at it?
This 85 foot infinity pool overlooking BelAir costs an estimated 7 figures to build.
And just beyond the pool lies an artificial turf laden patio area, perfect for scantily dressed women.
And if you think these amenities are amazing, then you've got to check out the outside of the property...
With well over 23 million followers on Instagram, Dan Bilzerian ranks among the most popular social media personalities across all platforms. That’s particularly impressive considering this guy does not act, sing, or otherwise perform in any traditional way.
Rather, Bilzerian's enormous popularity stems purely from the content he posts, namely photos and videos that flaunt his millionaire playboy lifestyle. It's all about the gargantuan houses, luxury cars, and bosomy, scantily-clad women.
On the uppermost level of Dan's Bel Air mega-mansion, there’s a wet bar hewn entirely from marble. There's also a rooftop tennis court, a zero-edged swimming pool, and a slick putting green.
And according to a listing from a few years ago, the steeply-sloped 1.03-acre lot features a whopping 40,000-square-feet of outdoor patio space.
The estate was listed for sale last year with a hefty $100 million price tag, but that was later reduced to a more modest $80 million.
But as snazzy as Dan's Bel Air abode is, it's not without it's problems. In fact, rumor has it that Dan's pretty upset about one crucial fact...
About the only problem with Bilzerian's massive estate is that it's dwarfed by its neighbor: there's a forever-under-construction monster compound next door being built by a certain royal family.
And upon it's completion, that property will be one of largest estates in all of Los Angeles.
Construction began in 2014 on the 77,000-square-foot complex and is being helmed by billionaire Trump bestie Thomas Barrack Jr.
The major investor behind the Peter Marino-designed project is the Al Thani royal family of Qatar.
“Barrack is just the frontman,” said a source. “It’s got to cost at least $100 million, probably more.”
The site spans eight acres of land right above the Bel Air Country Club at 11101 Chalon Road. And public records show that the property was purchased in 2010 for a cool $35 million.
"Dan Bilzerian is royally pissed-off about it," said a source close to the social media giant. "He knew when he moved in that they were up there, but the construction noise and commotion is relentless. It's really cramping his style."
And really, who would want to pay $80 million bucks to feel inferior to their neighbors?
Only a truly outrageous compound could make Dan's 31,000-square-foot mega-mansion look like a pool house!
Up next, we've got a $85 million dollar estate that two Hollywood heavyweights have called home. And if you think Dan's spread is posh, check this out...
This splendid $85 million estate, located in LA’s gorgeous Benedict Canyon, is absolutely one of a kind in so many ways.
In addition to its massive architecture and sumptuous features, the property was home to not one, but two Hollywood icons. Cher called these fabulous digs her casa first, then Eddie Murphy.
The estate contains an enormous 20,000 square foot main house with 11 bedrooms and 17 baths, a pool and spa, two horse rings, five stables, and hiking trails that go on for literally miles.
Murphy put his personal touches on the home, the two guest houses, and the regulation-size tennis court on the grounds.
He also had sophisticated stables installed, complete with comprehensive equestrian amenities that would make his iconic character, Donkey from Shrek, perfectly at home.
The estate’s guest house is a monstrous sight as well, spanning over 7,000 square feet and built in the Moroccan style with handmade custom detailing.
In addition to Murphy’s significant additions, the estate is constantly undergoing expansions and remodeling efforts. Because of this, exact details of its updated layout are unknown.
Regardless of the specifics, this estate’s glamorous occupants and incredible amenities make it one of the finest properties in all of Los Angeles.
Up next, we've got a $75 million dollar estate in celeb-packed Lake Tahoe that's glam to the max. And believe it or not, there's one Seinfeld alum that has called this spectacular spread home...
Mark Twain famous referred to Lake Tahoe the "fairest picture the whole world affords." And for a cool $75 million bucks, the fairest home on this idyllic lake can be yours.
The estate known as Crystal Pointe was built in 1997 by Wall Street bigwig Jack Dreyfus, father to actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
The property is seated in the picturesque Tahoe forest and includes a main residence, two guest homes, and a beach house, taking up more 16,000 square feet.
The estate also boasts massive floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the breathtaking Lake Tahoe and Sierra Nevada mountain range.
It also holds a grand total of thirteen fireplaces, two elevators, and a ten-seat private movie theater. Can you imagine "Elaine" growing up here? Jerry's apartment must have seemed ridiculously quaint by comparison!
Though its views are, as Twain surmised, some of the most coveted in the world, Crystal Pointe’s interior is comparably stunning.
But the best, and most luxurious details, are yet to come! Check out what Julia has been enjoying this entire time...
With intricate chandeliers, handmade accents, and unending windows into the “fairest picture” in the world, the estate holds an undeniable sense of scale and grandeur.
The property’s amenities, like its cozy library and one-of-a-kind fireplace, are not to be overlooked.
The estate’s four homes contain a combined total of eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.
The main home features a 1,700 bottle wine cellar, and its outdoor grounds boast a fire pit, hot tub, and stairs to over 500 feet worth of private lake shore. There's even a 1,200 square foot four-car garage!
The combination of the estate’s amenities and incredibly spacious residential rooms has rendered it the most expensive home on the Tahoe market - an accolade it has maintained since it was built.
And let’s not forget the glamorous in-house movie theater! Check it out!
Placed on the market in July 2017, this Tahoe gem has attracted widespread attention and interest - though it remains on sale.
With its scenic views, incomparable features, and one of the most coveted addresses in the world, this property’s huge price tag almost feels justified.
And next we've got Will Ferrell's new $75 million dollar home in Aspen...
When a luxury homeowner’s imagination and net worth intersect, the result can be more insane amenities than even the most ambitious entertainment junkies can enjoy. Four Peaks Ranch is just such a case!
And rumor has it that iconic actor and comedian Will Ferrell has just closed on this amazing property.
This Aspen estate features an indoor/outdoor pool with a planetarium-style roof over the indoor section depicting star-filled night sky.
There's views of Mt. Sopris, Mt. Daly, Capital Peak and Snowmass...
And spacious grounds complete with a lounge area set to truly incomparable sights...
The estate’s main residence is a monstrous 18,000-square-foot home with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
As far as unique amenities go, there's also a private beach with a waterfall cascading through three separate swimming ponds, looking out over the panoramic views of the breathtaking surrounding area.
It's been reported that Will loved the wood and brick detailing, details that render the property both luxurious and cozy.
And the movie theater room with small stage for karaoke/jam banding can’t hurt, either.
But that's not all the SNL alum has to look forward to...
The Four Peaks property also boasts a furnished teepee with gas heating, 876 acres with 15 miles of trails for horseback riding, a golf-course, wine cellar, and countless other amenities.
Like the comprehensive in-house fitness center...
These structures combine to make Four Peaks one of the most sought-after properties in the world. And last but not least, there's the spa-style bathrooms complete with rainfall showerheads.
The coveted nature of the estate definitely contributes to its hefty $58 million price tag.
Four Peaks’ boundless features are enough to make residents and guests never want to leave. With unbelievable views and amazing amenities, it’s truly the best of both worlds.
But this next home makes Will's $58 million dollar estate look like child's play...
Built in 2000 by Reebok mastermind Paul Fireman and his wife, Phyllis, the $90 million Woodland Manor rests just outside of downtown Boston.
The estate is comprised of 26,000 square feet of living space, as well as over 5,000 square feet of Deer Island granite terraces.
Offering a lovely combination of privacy with the perks of easy city accessibility, Woodland Manor features over 14 sprawling acres of lawns, ponds, and sculpted rock outcrops, not to mention countless specimen plantings throughout the grounds.
The property is marketed exclusively by Jonathan Radford and Deborah Gordon, sales associates affiliated with Caldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England.
Woodland Manor is extremely dear to its owners.
The Reebok mogul says the estate “has truly served as our sanctuary and we will treasure our experiences and memories of this home.”
And next, we've got one of the most expensive listings in all of Manhattan. It was once home to one of Hollywood's most celebrated power-couples of years past...
Once the fourth-most expensive listing in Manhattan, the 15,000-square-foot Upper East Side residence dropped from its 2016 listing price of $84.5 million to $79.5 million in June 2017.
Spread out over six floors, this opulent estate is connected by a marble staircase and private elevator. Once the primary residence of Meg Ryan and Dennis Quad, this fabulous residence has seen its fair share of Hollywood elite visitors.
The townhouse has a facade clad in limestone and interiors designed by architect John H. Duncan, the legendary mastermind behind Grant’s tomb.
The home underwent a three-year renovation process in 2007. During this time, its owner used the Pavlovsk Palace in St.Petersburg, Russia, as the inspiration for the elaborate dining room flooring.
This property boasts one of the most sought-after addresses in all of New York City, sitting less than a block from the Pierre Hotel and Central Park.
This lavish abode contains a generous selection of living spaces as well, including a master library and a ventilated smoking room with wet bar.
The townhouse is filled with unique curiosities, not the least of which is its enormous, New York City-defying kitchen.
But we're just getting started, folks...
